Argon ST, Inc. (Argon ST) is a systems engineering, development and services company. The Company provides full service command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. Argon ST serves a range of defense and intelligence customers, as well as commercial enterprises. The Company designs, develops and deploys sensors and countermeasures, information operation and electronic attack systems, communication systems and networks, navigation systems, geolocation systems, and net centric systems that integrate all of these capabilities. The systems are sold primarily for the use of either the United States Government or certain United States Government-approved foreign governments. Coherent Systems International, LLC is the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary.

The Company’s systems are used on a range of military and platforms, including surface ships, submarines, unmanned underwater vehicles (UUV), aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), land mobile vehicles, fixed site installations and relocatable land sites. Argon ST’s business is conducted through contracts with the United States Government.

The Company’s signals intelligence (SIGINT) collects information and produces intelligence from the detection, interception and evaluation of signals, including communication signals (COMINT) and electromagnetic signals, such as radar (ELINT). Its electronic warfare (EW) detects, identifies and counters adversary forces, weapons and sensors through collection of adversary signals.

The Company’s acoustic operations employs acoustic sensors and signals to detect, identify and counter undersea threats, including, but not limited to, enemy torpedoes and to sense and find undersea targets. Its threat simulation uses computer and virtual-based replication of signals and sensors for training and analysis of adversary capabilities.
