(Thompson Creek) is a Canadian molybdenum mining company with vertically integrated mining, milling, processing and marketing operations in Canada and the United States. The Company’s operations include the Thompson Creek Mine (mine and mill) in Idaho, the Langeloth Metallurgical Roasting Facility in Pennsylvania and a 75% joint venture interest in the Endako Molybdenum Mine Joint Venture (Endako Mine) (mine, mill and roaster) in British Columbia. In addition, it has two high-grade underground molybdenum development projects, the Davidson molybdenum property (Davidson Project), located in British Columbia, and the Mount Emmons molybdenum property, located in Colorado.
