Kumho Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in ground transportation and construction businesses. The Company's ground transportation unit provides transportation services for passengers in major cities and towns in Korea. Kumho Industrial's construction business unit constructs residential and commercial buildings, airports, highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, power generating and petrochemical and environmental plants. The Company is also involved in the overseas business, including construction, civil engineering and plant. In addition, the Company operates real estate leasing and sales business. On September 16, 2009, the Company disposed its entire 10 million shares of KUMHO TERMINAL, engaged in vehicle terminal operation business.
