Shinsegae Co., Ltd is a Korea-based circulation company. The Company operates two businesses: E-Mart business and department store business. Its E-Mart business operates 116 E-Marts stores throughout Korea. Its department store business has 10 department stores throughout Korea. It also operates overseas branch offices in China and the United States. In addition, the Company provides online shopping services through Shinsegae Cybermall (mall.shinsegae.com) offering designer brand clothes, shoes, accessories, electronic products and sports products, as well as a variety of foods. The Company liquidated its subsidiary Green City, engaged in the real estate businesses, on July 27, 2009.
