Amber Energy Limited (Amber Energy) is engaged in the development, operation and management of power plants. Amber Energy is a energy provider using natural gas fired in Zhejiang province. The Company’s power plants include De-Neng Power Plant, Blue Sky Power Plant and Jing-Xing Power Plant, which are all situated in the Zhejiang province. As of December 31, 2008, the Company’s power plants had total installed capacity of 299 megawatts. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company has sold approximately 718,216 megawatt-hours of electricity to power grid companies in Zhejiang province.
