The Company is organized into five operating divisions: property development business, which is engaged in the property development; property investment and management, which is engaged in the property investment and management; hotel and restaurant operations, which is engaged in the hotel and restaurant business and its related services; manufacturing and others, which is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of digital discs and others, and financial services, which is engaged in the trading of securities and loan financing services. The Company’s principal subsidiaries at December 31, 2008, include Bassington Investments Limited, California Hero Property Limited, CMIC Finance Limited, CMIC Management Service Limited, CMIC-NCHK Energy Holdings Limited, Fainland Limited, First Great Investments Limited and Geldy Limited.
