The Company operates its business through four units: private banking, which provides customized wealth management and financial consulting services as well as information and analyst reports; investment banking, which offers initial public offerings (IPO) underwriting, equity issuance, enterprise content management (ECM), mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate financial services; institutional wholesale, which provides equity brokerage, equity derivative brokerage and investment advisory services to domestic and overseas clients, and capital market, which provides equity-linked securities, bonds and interest-rate derivatives, as well as sources and distributes money market products.
