Sa Sa International Holdings Limited (Sa Sa), is an investment holding company. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, are engaged in the retailing and wholesaling of cosmetic products. As at March 31, 2009, 50.45% of the Company is owned by Sunrise Height Incorporated. The Company’s subsidiaries include Alibaster Management Limited, which is engaged in the trading and retailing of cosmetic and skin care products in Taiwan; Base Sun Investment Limited, which is engaged in property holding; Cyber Colors Limited, which is engaged in holding of intellectual property rights; Docile Company Limited, which is engaged in holding of intellectual property rights; Elegance Trading (Shanghai) Company Limited, which is engaged in the wholesaling of cosmetic and skin care products; Gig Limited, which is engaged in holding of intellectual property rights; HongKong Sa Sa (M) Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in trading and retailing of cosmetic and skin care products.
