Lotte Shopping Company Limited is a Korea-based department store chain operator. The Company operates its business mainly through two segments: department stores and discount stores. Lotte department stores and Lotte discount stores offer clothes, shoes, accessories, electric products and sports products. In addition, the Company operates supermarkets, cinemas and shopping malls, as well as global fashion and food business. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had 25 department stores, 63 discount stores, 110 supermarkets, 46 cinemas and 30 Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (KKDs) in Korea.
