Shun Tak Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company has its core businesses in property, transportation, hospitality and investment sectors. The Company operates in four segments: property, transportation, hospitality, and investment and others. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Shun Tak Ferries Limited, Interdragon Limited, Shun Tak-China Travel Shipping Investments Limited, Glowfield Group Limited, Shun Tak-China Travel Ferries Limited, which are engaged in investment holding; Shun Tak-China Travel Ship Management Limited, which is engaged in ship management; Ocean Shipbuilding & Engineering Limited, which is engaged in shipbuilding and repairs, and Bonsuric Company Limited, which is engaged in property development. In January 2009, the Company announced the disposal of its 50% interest in the Mandarin Oriental, Macau to Sociedade de Turismo e Diversoes de Macau, S.A. (STDM).
