Inspur International Limited is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are trading of computer components, software development and provision of software outsourcing services. The Company is organized into three operating segments: trading of information technology (IT) components, software development and solution, and software outsourcing. The Company operates IT services business, which includes software and related services, embedded systems and related services, as well as software outsourcing services, covering corporate governance and control, telecommunication, government administration, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, taxation and finance sectors. On January, 2012, the Company completed its disposal of the total equity of Shandong Inspur E-Government software Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company discontinued its operations in manufacturing and sales of IT products.
