It has four segments. Its manganese mining and ore processing segment engages in the mining and production of manganese products. Its manganese downstream processing segment consists of hydrometallurgical processing and pyrometallurgical processing, and the resulting products include electrolytic manganese metal (EMM), electrolytic manganese dioxide, manganese sulfate and silicomanganese alloys. The non-manganese ferroalloy processing segment engages in the production and sale of non-manganese ferroalloys, including carbon ferrochromium. The others segment consists the trading of various commodities.
