Asia Cement Corporation is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of cement products. The Company provides cement and clinker, as well as granulated blast-furnace slag. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company obtained 89.1% of its total revenue from cement and clinker and 10.9% of its total revenue from granulated blast-furnace slag. The Company distributes its cement and clinker in the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Middle East and Africa. In 2008, the Company sold out approximately 2.94 million metric tons of cement in domestic market.
