The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the distribution of ~H2O+ brand skin-care products in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China and Singapore and the distribution of Erno Laszlo brand skin-care products in Hong Kong. In addition, some of its principal subsidiaries own and engage in the distribution of Glycel brand skin-care products in Hong Kong and JM Makeup brand cosmetic products in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Certain of its principal subsidiaries also engage in the operation of spa and beauty centers in Hong Kong under the brand names of Oasis Spa, Oasis Beauty, Aqua Beauty, Oasis Homme, Oasis Medical Centre and Glycel, which provide a full spectrum of professional beauty services. The Company operates in two segments: retail segment and service segment.
