BaWang International (Group) Holding Limited is engaged in design, manufacturing and market Chinese herbal shampoo and hair-care products under its Bawang brand, skin-care products and other products, such as toothpaste and shower gels. The Company sells its products through its distributors and retailers. As of December 31, 2008, its distribution and retail network comprised 567 distributors and 46 key accounts (KA) retailers, covering 24 provinces and four municipalities in the Peoples Republic of China, as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Singapore. Other products include household and personal care products (HPC) products manufactured by the Company, such as toothpaste and shower gels, other than shampoo and hair-care products and skin-care products.
