SMS CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the daily and non-daily businesses in nursing care, healthcare and overseas fields. The Daily business segment is engaged in the provision of business portal services to healthcare providers, community services to professionals and end users, as well as publishing and mail order services to nurses. The Non-daily business segment offers employment agency services, recruiting information services, job-transfer information services and job fairs to employees, recruiting information services, job information magazines and job fairs to students, qualification course information services, housing information services, among others. As of March 31, 2011, the Company had six subsidiaries and one associated company. In January 2013, it established a wholly owned subsidiary Senior Marketing System Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. In February, 2013, it established subsidiary PT.SMS INDONESIA and SMS THAILAND CO., LTD, and acquired a 51.0% stake in PT.MEETDOCTOR.
