Winbond Electronics Corp. is principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and sale of integrated circuits (ICs), as well as the provision of after-sale services. The Company primarily provides dynamic random access memory (DRAM) products, non-DRAM memory products, NOR Flash memory products, computer logic ICs and consuming logic ICs. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company obtained approximately 66.76%, 18.20% and 13.23% of its total revenue from DRAM products, logic products and non-DRAM memory products, respectively. The Company distributes its products to Asia, the Americas and Europe.
