CEREBRIX Corporation, formerly CEREBRIX HOLDINGS Corporation, is a Japan-based holding company that operates mainly in four business segments. The Consulting segment provides sales and marketing consulting services and human resources recruitment and hiring support consulting services. The Outsourcing segment provides manpower dispatching services for sales industry including convenience stores, drugstores and electronics retail stores, as well as free paper distribution, promotional flyer distribution, concerts and restaurants, among others.The incubation segment is engaged in the investment in its client enterprises. The Others segment provides business support services and information technology (IT) support services through its subsidiary. On September 30, 2009, the Company sold its Tokyo-based wholly owned subsidiary.
