S-Pool, Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the human resource (HR) outsourcing business. The Company operates in four business segments. The Integrated HR Outsourcing segment provides manpower dispatching services for logistics activities, including sorting, packaging and inspection services, as well as for sales support activities, including contract acquisition and sales. It also provides other HR outsourcing services. The Performance Consulting segment provides corporate training, management consulting and corporate rejuvenation consulting services. The System segment provides security and embedded development technologies, as well as system consulting, system engineer dispatching and other solutions. The Mobile Marketing segment is involved in marketing research and sales promotion planning for consumable goods manufacturers and telecommunications companies. The Company has three subsidiaries and one associated company.
