Eva Airways Corporation is a Taiwan-based provider of passenger and cargo air transportation services. The Company provides passenger air transportation services, including regular flights and irregular charter flights; cargo air transportation services, including mail and package transportation services, as well as duty-free commodities distribution in flights. The Company operates airlines in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania. During the year ended December 31, 2008, passenger and cargo air transportation accounted for approximately 55% and 39% of the Company’s total revenue, respectively.
