The Domestic Tobacco segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarette products in Japan. The Overseas Tobacco segment manufactures and sells cigarettes overseas. Brands of the cigarettes the Company carries include Camel, Winston, Mild Seven and Salem. The Pharmaceutical segment is engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of medicines and drugs. The Food segment manufactures and sells processed foods, beverages, processed foods, seasonings and chilled foods and other products. The Others segment is engaged in the leasing and operation of real estate, as well as the provision of other services.
