Formosa Epitaxy Incorporation is a Taiwan-based company engaged in research, development, manufacture and distribution of indium gallium nitride (InGaN) wafers and chips. The Company provides blue InGaN wafers, green InGaN wafers and ultraviolet InGaN wafers, which are primarily applied in manufacture of consumer electronic products, display panels, automobile parts, industrial instruments and lamps, among others. The Company distributes its products principally in Asia and the Americas.
