RECOMM HOLDINGS CO., LTD., formerly RECOMM CO., LTD., is a Japan-based holding company mainly engaged in the information communication equipment business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Information Communication Equipment Sales segment sells business phones, multifunction peripheral (MFP) and other office automation (OA) equipment through the Company’s operating stores, franchise stores, agencies and Internet.The Information Communication Equipment Manufacture segment is engaged in the development and manufacture of information communication terminal equipment including business phones and personal-handy phone systems (PHSs).The Others segment is engaged in the provision of server hosting services, lines and office network systems, as well as the sale of office supplies as Kaunet's sales agency. The Company has four consolidated subsidiaries and one associated company.
