The Chemical Product segment supplies chemicals, gases, special chemicals and functional resin, among others. The Electronics and Information segment provides hard discs, compound semiconductors, rare earth magnets and alloys, special gases for semiconductors, functional medical products, electronic-related industrial ceramic materials, fine carbon and others. The Inorganic Material segment offers ceramics, artificial graphite electrodes and others. The Aluminum and Others segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of aluminum metals, plates and foils, extruded and processed aluminum products, and construction materials, as well as the engineering business. The Company has 155 affiliated companies.
