The Insurance-related division provides Japanese call center service and claims agent service for travelers, business visitors and expatriates. Its CRM-related division offers customer contact solutions for orders via telephone, Website, e-mail and fax. Its Financial Services division provides interpreter arrangements, various reservation services and information services to credit card memberships in Japan and overseas countries. The Real Estate-related division provides housing-related assistant services. The Information Technology (IT) and Others segment is involved in the provision of IT services and manpower dispatching services.
