OPEN LOOP INC. is a Japan-based holding company mainly involved in the human resources business, through subsidiaries. The Company operates in two business segments. The Information Technology (IT) Security segment is engaged in the development, manufacturing, sale and licensing of IT security technology, the technology integration into products, as well as the provision of IT consulting services. The General Outsourcing segment provides temporary staffing services and light contract work services. The Sales Outsourcing segment offers customer relationship management (CRM) and sales promotion-related human resources outsourcing services. The Others segment is involved in the investment business. OPEN LOOP has nine subsidiaries.
