PADO Corporation is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the media business. The Company has four business segments. The Advertising segment is engaged in the sale of advertising spots on magazines including Pado, L’ala Pado and Pado, as well as the provision of application service provider (ASP) services on Websites and mobile Websites. The Leaflet Advertising segment is engaged in the distribution of newspaper inserts. The Franchise (FC) segment is engaged in the provision of Pado’s knowledge to franchisees, as well as the printing and entrusted production of Pado, which is issued by the franchisees. The Others segment is engaged in the entrusted design, production and printing of advertisement items such as leaflets, posters, governmental newsletters and pamphlets. The Company has seven subsidiaries and one associated company.
