The Automobile Parts segment manufactures and sells rubber and resin seal products, such as door seals, drip seals, trunk seals, weatherstrip glass run products and gaskets, as well as interior and exterior products, such as door opening trims, exterior molding products and others. The General Industrial Materials segment manufactures and sells outer wall joint fillers, powder puffs for cosmetics, joint seals for manholes and medicinal rubber products, among others. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had 16 consolidated subsidiaries and five associated companies. On March 31, 2012, the Company dissolved its wholly owned subsidiary engaged in the manufacturing, processing and sale of rubber, urethane foam and plastic in Tokushima, Japan.
