JFE Holdings, Inc. is a Japan-based holding company that operates in four business segments. The Steel segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of steel products, processed steel products, solar cell materials and chemicals, as well as the delivery, facility maintenance and engineering businesses. The Engineering segment is engaged in the energy, environmental, water system, steel structure, industrial machinery and waste recycling related engineering construction activities. The Shipbuilding segment provides commercial vessels, offshore vessels, various crafts, ship machinery and industrial robots. The City Development segment is engaged in the large-scale restructure development, the allotment sale of condominium, the provision of real estate solutions and the asset utilization business. The Large Scale Integration (LSI) segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of application specific integrated circuits (ASICs).
