Sichuan Road & Bridge Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the construction of projects and the generation of hydropower, as well as the financing of build-transfer (BT) and build-operate-transfer (BOT) projects. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company won bids for 19 projects. In 2008, the Company completed Yibin Yangtze River Bridge project, Shuangtan hydropower station project and Fengtan hydropower station project, while continued to conduct Balang River hydropower station project and Luzhou City Ring Road project. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had one major subsidiary and one associate, engaged in the investment, construction, generation and operation of hydropower.
