Zhongjin Gold Corp., Ltd. is principally engaged in the exploration, mining and smelting of gold, copper, lead, silver and other non ferrous metals. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company produced and processed approximately 78.63 metric tons of standard gold, 4.79 metric tons of mineral gold, 8,561 metric tons of electrolytic copper, 12,572 metric tons of content copper, 39.66 metric tons of silver, 197,800 metric tons of sulfuric acid and 51,000 metric tons of iron ore concentrate. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had approximately 326.98 metric tons of gold and 303,000 metric tons of copper as reserve.
