Neusoft Corporation is a software company which provides solutions, digital products and services. The Company's main businesses include software and system integration as well as medical systems. Neusoft supplies industrial solutions to the power, education, telecommunication, social insurance, finance, business administration, tax, commercial trading, transportation and other industries. The Company's embedded software systems are mainly used in household digital products, movable terminals, on-vehicle information products, information technology (IT) products. In addition, the Company offers information technology (IT) outsourcing and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The medical products include computed tomography (CT) series, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) series, X-ray series and ultrasonic scan series. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had 16 software development and technical support centers and five software research and development bases.
