The Cleaning-related and Others segment provides shirt pressing machines, wool pressing machines and packaging machines, among others. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had six subsidiaries and one associated company. On March 25, 2013, the Company acquired 100% stake of Kokusai Dennetsu Co., Ltd., a company engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of heating equipments and related electrical machinery.
