Apacer Technology Inc. is engaged in the manufacture and sale of memory modules, flash memory related application products, dynamic random access memories (DRAMs) and flash memories. The Company also provides embedded flash solutions and digital storage products, such as flash cards, card readers, universal serial bus (USB) flash drives and moving picture experts group layer-3 audio (MP3) players. Its memory modules are applied to notebook computers, laser printers, servers and workstations. The flash memory related products are used in digital cameras, mobile phones and personal digital assistants (PDAs), among others. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets, including North America, Europe and the rest of Asia.
