Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based securities exchange company. The Company has four business divisions. The Trading division provides facilities and management services for securities trading. The Clearing and Settlement division provides clearing and settlement services for stock-index futures trading, stock-index option trading and stock option trading. The Equipment and Information division provides equipment and information for securities trading. The Self-Imposed Regulation division provides inspection services for securities which are issued by newly listed companies as well as listed securities management and disclosing services, the inspection of newly joined members and supervision of other members, as well as the investigation and inspection of securities trading. The Company has two consolidated subsidiaries.
