The Principal Investment segment is involved in the real estate investment and value-up business, including the improvement of occupancy rates and the cutback of management costs. The Fund segment is involved in fund management such as the composition, operation and management of funds. The Construction segment is engaged in the construction and civil engineering work. The Capital Management segment invests in real estate consulting and others. The Others segment is involved in real estate portal business and real estate sale FC business.
