Respiratory care products

The Company's respiratory care products include respiratory care/anesthesia products and home respiratory care products. The Company's respiratory care/anesthesia products include large volume compressors, ventilator calibrators, humidifiers and mist tents, croup tents, carbon dioxide absorbent equipment dryers and a line of respiratory disposable products, such as oxygen tubing, facemasks, cannulas and ventilator circuits. It sells its respiratory care/anesthesia products to hospitals and sub-acute facilities under Timeter, Carbolime and Litholyme brand names. Its home respiratory care products include aluminum oxygen cylinders, oxygen (O2) cylinders, pressure regulators, pneumatic nebulizers, portable large volume compressors, portable suction equipment and disposable respiratory products. It sells home respiratory care products to patients at home under the brand names: Timeter, B&F and Schuco.

Medical Gas Equipment

The Company's medical gas equipment includes construction products, regulation devices, disposable cylinders and suction equipment. Its construction products include in-wall medical gas system components, central station pumps, and compressors and headwalls. Its in-wall components include outlets, manifolds, alarms, ceiling columns and zone valves. It sells its construction products to hospitals and sub-acute facilities under the Chemetron and Oxequip brand names. Its regulation devices include flowmeters, vacuum regulators and pressure regulators, as well as related adapters, fittings and hoses which measure, regulate, monitor and help transfer medical gases from walled piping or equipment to patients in hospital rooms, operating theaters or intensive care areas. It sells its regulation devices to hospitals and sub-acute facilities under the Chemetron, Oxequip and Timeter brand names. Its disposable cylinders include disposable oxygen and gas cylinders. It sells its disposable cylinders to first aid providers and specialty gas distributors under the Lif-O-Gen brand name. Its suction equipment includes portable suction equipment and disposable suction canisters. It sells its suction equipment to hospitals, sub-acute facilities and homecare products under the Gomco, Allied and Schuco brand names.

Emergency Medical Products

The Company's emergency medical products include respiratory/resuscitation products, and trauma and patient handling products. The Company's respiratory/resuscitation products include demand resuscitation valves; portable resuscitation systems, bag mask resuscitators; emergency transport ventilators, precision oxygen regulators, SurgeX-surge suppressing post valve, mass casualty ventilation line, minilators, multilators and humidifiers. It sells its respiratory/resuscitation equipment to emergency service providers under the LSP, Omni-Tech and Allied brand names. The Company's autovent transport ventilator meets a range of needs in applications ranging from typical emergency medical situations to sophisticated air and ground transport. Each autovent transport ventilator is accompanied by a patient valve, which provides effective ventilation during cardiopulmonary resuscitation or respiratory distress. AHP300 is the Company's ventilator. The Company also offers a line of oxygen product accessories, such as reusable aspirators, tru-fit masks, disposable cuffed masks and related accessories.

Its trauma and patient handling products include spine immobilization products, pneumatic anti-shock garments, trauma burn kits and Xtra backboards. It sells its trauma and patient handling products to emergency service providers under the LSP brand name. Spine immobilization products include a backboard that is designed for safe immobilization of injury victims. It also offers infant/pediatric immobilization board. Its half back extractor/rescue vest is useful for both suspected cervical/spinal injuries and for mountain and air rescues. The Company's pneumatic anti-shock garments are used to treat victims experiencing hypovolemic shock. Its trauma burn kits contain a line of products for the treatment of trauma and burns.
