Altogether Aktia Abp operates through 72 branch offices concentrated in the coastal regions of Finland and the growth centers in the interior. The Company’s subsidiaries include Aktia Bank Abp, Aktia Fastighetsformedling Ab, Aktia Livforsakring Ab and Vasp-Invest Ab, among others. On February 29, 2012, the Company sold 51% of shares in Aktia Non-Life Insurance, a subsidiary responsible for non-life insurance in the Company.
