Alfa SAB de CV (Alfa) is a Mexico-based holding company that, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the petrochemical, food processing, automotive and telecommunication sectors. The Company’s business is structured in four divisions, which are operated by its subsidiaries: Alpek SA de CV (Alpek), a manufacturer of petrochemicals and synthetic fibers; Sigma Alimentos SA de CV (Sigma), a producer of delicatessen, cheese and other refrigerated food products; Tenedora Nemak SA de CV (Nemak), active in development and manufacture of aluminum auto parts, heads and blocks for gasoline and diesel, and Alestra S de RL de CV (Alestra), a telecommunications services provider. In addition, the Company has facilities and operations established in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
