Ann Joo Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding and property management company. The Company is engaged in trading, retailing, importing, exporting and supplying of all kinds of metal products; trading in hardware steel and iron products and building and construction materials of all kinds; manufacturing, sales and distribution of steel and iron products. The Company has two segments: iron and steel, and investment holding. Iron and steel involves manufacturing and trading of hardware, steel and iron products, building and construction materials of all kinds and operations of steel mill and steel services centre, and investment holding involves property management, plantations and others. On April 25, 2008, Ann Joo Steel Berhad acquired 100% of AJSB Land Sdn.Bhd. Its subsidiaries include Ann Joo Management Services Sdn Bhd, Ann Joo Metal Sdn. Bhd., AJE Best-On Sdn. Bhd., Ann Joo (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., and Ann Joo Trading Sdn. Bhd.
