In April 2012, it acquired 535 Yates Street in Victoria, The Woodstone Building in Calgary, 57 Spadina Avenue, 78 Spadina Avenue, 80-82 Spadina Avenue, 379 Adelaide Street West, 383 Adelaide Street West properties, 5445 de Gaspe Avenue, and sold 163-167 Garry Street in Winnipeg.
