In August 2012, it acquired the Class I Office Complex in Kitchener. In October 2012, the Company acquired Chamber of Commerce Building in Calgary. In November 2012, the Company closed the acquisitions of 1040 Hamilton Street and 1286 Homer Street in Vancouver and acquisition of the Demcor Building in Calgary.
