ARC Resources Ltd. (ARC), formerly ARC Energy Trust, along with its subsidiaries is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. As of February 13, 2012, the Company's operations were focused in six core areas across western Canada. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company produced 310.6 million cubic feet per day of natural gas. During 2011, ARC produced 27,158 million barrels per day; 2,052 million barrels per day of condensate, and produced 2,444 million barrels per day of natural gas liquids. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include ARC Resources General Partnership and 1504793 Alberta Ltd. On December 31, 2010, ARC Energy Trust effectively completed its conversion from an income trust to a corporation.
