AWB Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company operates in six segments: pool management and harvest finance; grain marketing; international commodity management; logistics and other investments; rural services and other/corporate. Commodity management includes grain marketing, comprising the acquisition and sale of grains, pulses and oilseeds; pool management services and harvest finance comprises of wheat pool products and associated finance products for growers; logistics and other investments includes bulk ocean freight chartering and container management. Its subsidiaries include AWB Geneva (AWBG), AWB India (AWBI), AWB Australia Limited and AWB Harvest Finance Limited and Landmark Global Exports. In May 2009, Landmark acquired a 50% interests in Regional Infrastructure Pty Limited and on April 6, 2009, Landmark Copeland Medway Pty Ltd acquired Copeland Medway Pty Ltd.
