PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesia-based financial institution. The Bank's products and services include consumer banking, credit card, small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) and commercial, trade finance, treasury product, cash management, financial planning and e-Banking, among others. Danamon Sharia is the Bank's business unit that provides its customers with sharia banking products and services based on sharia principles. The Bank also operates Danamon Simpan Pinjam (DSP), which is divided into two groups: DSP to serve and help enterprises in micro and small-scale banking and DSP for individual customers with fixed income. The Bank's subsidiaries, which are engaged in the financial and insurance services sector, include PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika and PT Adira Quantum Multifinance. As of December 31, 2008, the Bank had 83 domestic branches, 1,388 supporting and DSP branches, 11 Sharia branches and one overseas branch.
