Boral Limited (Boral) is engaged in the manufacture and supply of building and construction materials in Australia, the United States and Asia. The Company produces and distributes a range of construction materials, including quarry products, cement, fly ash, concrete and asphalt; and building products, including clay bricks and pavers, clay and concrete roof tiles, concrete masonry products, plasterboard, windows and timber. Its segment includes Building products-Australia, Construction materials-Australia, United States of America, Asia and others. In May 2009, the Company sold its entire stake in Adelaide Brighton Limited.
