Piraeus Bank SA is a Greece-based financial and banking services group. The Bank offers its services through three divisions: Individuals, which includes such products as deposit and investment solutions, loans, cards, insurance products, wealth management and electronic banking services; Companies and Professionals, offering such services as business deposit solutions, business financing solutions, leasing services, and funds transfer, as well as Large Enterprises, which includes financing products, asset management, risk management, investment banking and other services, such as payment and debt collections and security custody services. On March 26, 2013, the Bank acquired the branch network and operations of the three Cypriot banks in Greece, namely the Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd, the Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd and the Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd. In April 2013, the Bank acquired 99.22% stake in General Bank of Greece.
