Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd. (CCA) manufactures, distributes and markets carbonated soft drinks, still and mineral waters, fruit juices, coffee and other alcohol-free beverages. The Company is also engaged in the processing and marketing of fruit, vegetables and other food products and the manufacture and/or distribution of premium beer brands and the premium spirit portfolio of global distributor Maximum, by Pacific Beverages Pty Ltd, a joint venture entity between CCA and SABMiller plc. It has a 50% interest in Pacific Beverages Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries (Pacific Beverage), whose principal activities are the manufacture, importation and distribution of alcoholic beverages. CCA’s principal operations are in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. CCA operates in two business segments: beverage business and the food and services business. The Company completed the disposal of its South Korean business on October 24, 2007.
