Coca-Cola Icecek A.S. (CCI) is a Turkey-based company engaged in the production, bottling and distribution of carbonated soft drinks and non-carbonated beverages, with operations in Southern Eurasia and the Middle East. The Company bottles and distributes a number of The Coca-Cola Company brands of soft drinks and beverages, including Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola light, Fanta, Sprite, Sen Sun, Schweppes, Canada Dry, Cappy, Piko, BonAqua, Powerade, Nestea and Burn. It also offers water products under Damla and Turkuaz brands. CCI operates a total of 20 production facilities, seven of which are in Turkey. Its foreign production centers are located in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Jordan. CCI also holds interest in Turkmenistan Coca-Cola Bottlers Ltd. and the Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd. in Pakistan. In addition, CCI is a party to joint venture agreements that have the exclusive distribution rights for brands of The Coca-Cola Company in Pakistan, Iraq and Syria.
