The Company is engaged in the exploration of gold and iron-ore. The Company operates in two geographical segments, being Brazil and Chile. Its projects include Crixas Hub Gold Projects, Amapa Hub Iron Projects and Strategic Alliance Projects. The Crixas Hub Gold Project in Goias State in central Brazil is gold-focused and the Amapa Hub in Amapa State in northern Brazil is iron-focused. Cleveland holds three projects in its Amapa Hub, namely Ferradura, Porto Grande and Lebre. The Serra Grande project consists of two operating underground gold mines. In June 2012, Cleveland added the Ferradura Iron Project to its portfolio of projects in Amapa state.
