Chip Eng Seng Corporation Limited (CES) is a Singapore-based construction and property company engaged in construction, property development and property investment. The Company's construction business is undertaken by Chip Eng Seng Contractors (1988) Pte. Ltd. (CESC) and CES Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. (CESE), while CEL Development Pte. Ltd. (CEL) is its property investment and development arm. The Company operates through three segments: construction, which is engaged in general building contracting; property developments, which is engaged in the development of properties and the management of development projects, and property investments, which is engaged in investment and management of properties. Some of its subsidiaries include Evervit Development Pte. Ltd., FlexiDesign Pte. Ltd. and CES-China Holding Pte. Ltd.
